Read the submission terms (v2)
By submitting this video, I confirm that:
1. Age and people in the video. I am at least 18 years old. The video features me, and any other person visible or audible in the video is also 18 or older and has given me permission to share their likeness for the uses described below. No minors appear in the video.
2. Ownership. I am the sole owner of all rights in the video, including any music, images, or other content within it. The video does not include copyrighted material I don't have the right to use, including background music, recorded performances, or brand logos other than the brand on this submission page.
3. License. I grant Society Brands, Inc., its current and future subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and the specific brand named on this submission page (collectively, "Society Brands") a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display this video and my name, voice, and likeness in any marketing, advertising, social media, product, packaging, or commercial channel, in any media now known or later developed.
4. No approval rights. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising or material in which the video appears.
5. Indemnification. I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Society Brands from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) my breach of any of these terms, (b) any third-party claim about the video, including claims about music, likeness, or other content in it, or (c) any claim that the video violates someone else's rights.
6. Release. I release Society Brands and all related parties from any liability arising from the use of this video.
7. FTC disclosures. I understand that if this video is used in advertising, the brand will include any disclosures required by the FTC (such as identifying the video as a paid or compensated endorsement). The brand is responsible for adding required disclosure language.

9. Incentive decoupling. This consent is not contingent on receiving any incentive. Any incentive offered is a separate goodwill gesture.
10. Governing law. This release is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
11. Severability. If any part of this release is found unenforceable, the rest of it stays in effect.
